Dillon is the founding partner of George Financial. Dillon began his career with equitable in 2004. Over the course of his career he has won numerous prestigious awards within Equitable Advisors including multiple Centurion, Pinnacle, Circle of Excellence and Summit Awards, a Silver Eagle, and the prestigious Order of Excalibur. He has consistently been ranked among the top 50 Financial Professionals in America within the company. Dillon's focused professional experience lies in his understanding of the various types of retirement plans available to clients and his knowledge of how participants can seek to maximize their benefits. Dillon also created the framework through which George Financial continues to grow. Dillon holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations as well as all the state registrations.
An avid outdoorsman, Dillon enjoys deer hunting and bass fishing with his son, Dakota. He is a big fan of college sports and especially loves watching Tennessee Vols football. Dillon and his wife, Carmen, reside in Ooltewah, Tennessee and have four children, Dakota, Calli, Cami and their newest little one, Kai. AR Insurance License #8389247
Erica Croomes
Financial Professional
Erica is a Financial Professional with George Financial and is licensed in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia and her home state, Tennessee. She began her career in the financial industry in 2003.
Erica received her bachelor’s degree from Bryan College and was the 2011-2012 recipient of the Accounting Award from Cleveland State. She also received the Centurion recognition with Equitable Advisors in 2021.
In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and golfing. AR Insurance License # 8217174

J's great passion is bringing a simplistic and a common sense approach to retirement. J helps his clients navigate the complexities of retirement planning and strengthens their understanding of living life in retirement.
Knowing there is no single approach that is right for everyone, J has been trained in the skillful art of carefully listening, patiently understanding and limitless helping. These skills along with his vast knowledge and understanding of the retirement planning process allows him to deliver a custom fit retirement plan tailored to the individual client. As an Equitable Advisors Financial Advisor, J has won numerous prestigious awards. J holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.
J has a finance degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he played football and met his wife, April. J and April reside in Harrison, Tennessee with their three children, Jadyn, Miller and Blaze. AR Insurance License #5959314
Sandra Pearson
Vice President of Marketing
Born and raised in Virginia, Sandy moved to Tennessee in 1990. She raised three children and later worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries. After living in Chattanooga for 25 years, Sandy returned to Virginia while her son was stationed in Norfolk with the USMC. In Virginia, she began working with Equitable Advisors in their Fredericksburg office. Sandy returned to Chattanooga in 2018 to become a part of the George Financial team as our Client Relationship Manager and Marketing Manager. Sandy attends Calvary Chapel. She enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling, golf and attending college and pro sporting events.
Shelby Thompson
Administrative Assistant
Shelby attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she majored in Business and Marketing. She graduated in 2021 and has since become a vital part of the George Financial team.
Shelby and her husband Kaleb enjoy traveling and playing golf.
Terran Kidner
Registered Sales Assistant
The ability to impact lives has always been a goal of Terrans. Terran is a Financial Professional and Operations Assistant with George Financial. He enjoys the opportunity to work with individual investors in creating and implementing strategies designed for specific goals that we all set together.
Terran received his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia and his MBA from the Campbell School of Business at Berry College in Rome, Georgia. He holds his Life Accident and Health Insurance Agent License, FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.
Outside of the office, Terran is an avid sports fan and golfer. Growing up in Ohio, he sticks true to the Buckeyes and other Ohio sports teams. When he's not watching sports, you can probably catch him on the course playing golf. He is a member at the Ooltewah Club and is quite active over there. He enjoys cooking and going to the gym as well as hanging with friends around the house.
Will Evans
Vice President of Operations
Will is a licensed Registered Sales Assistant and Business Manager for George Financial. He has been an important part of our team for over 20 years. His roles include assisting our Financial Professionals in developing appropriate strategies for clients to address retirement planning needs. Will holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. While there, he was a trainer with their football and baseball programs and remains an avid fan. Will is the father of two children, Ethan and Abby, and resides in Chattanooga.

Will earned his bachelor’s degree from the Virginia Military Institute, VMI, and his master’s in accountancy from the University of Phoenix. He and his wife Pamela have three daughters: Ona, Isolde and Adelita. They live in East Ridge, Tennessee and are parishioners of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The girls keep them busy with year-round sports and Girl Scouts. Will is passionate about helping others at work and home. He and Pamela are active member of several charitable organizations and spend much of their free time in service to others.
